In the first place, Sheng Ping, with a Bachelor's Degree, is a science teacher in the Primary School Department, who has been deeply involved in primary school teaching and has won the first prize in the district-level micro-lesson competition, the first prize in the provincial competition for self-made teaching aids, and the first prize in the municipal competition for experimental teaching presentation. In the classroom teaching, she strives for a "safe sense of uncontrolledness" - allowing children to argue passionately over every "deviating" experimental result. Also, instead of focusing on perfect standard answers, she pays more attention to how students think like scientists in real problems: making assumptions, verifying, disproving, and then repeating. In addition, she leans forward to listen to those big and small "whys", so that every hands-on exploration can solve the doubts in students' hearts. Educational philosophy: The charm of science classes lies not in textbooks, but in children's fingertips and question marks.
In the second place, You Xin holds a Bachelor's Degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She serves as a geography teacher in the Junior High School Division. Having started her teaching career in 2020, she is passionate about education and takes pride in nurturing students' growth. Dedicated to her work and committed to continuous learning, she actively incorporates innovative teaching concepts into her classroom, fostering harmonious relationships between teachers and students and promoting mutual development. In 2022, she won second prize in Anqing City's Junior High Geography New Curriculum and Teaching Materials Quality Lesson Competition. Furthermore, in 2025, she received second prize in Anqing City's "High-Quality Basic Education Lessons" competition. In 2026, she earned first prize in both the Anqing City Quality Lesson Competition and the Anqing City Primary and Secondary School Experimental Teaching Lecture Competition, earning a provincial-level nomination. In the meantime, her educational research papers have been awarded multiple times.
On the whole, experimental teaching is a key approach to implementing science education and fostering students' spirit of inquiry and practical abilities. More remarkably, this award fully demonstrates our school teachers' outstanding capabilities in experimental teaching research and their high level of classroom instruction. Since its establishment, our school has consistently focused on experimental teaching research, promoting quality improvement and innovation in laboratory classes, encouraging all teachers to actively participate in teaching competitions and refine high-quality courses, thereby supporting steady enhancement of students' overall competencies through excellent experimental education.
